This circuit was designed as a Class-A Driver for a 1KW LDMOS Amplifier but can also be used as a stand-alone unit.
The circuit is based around the MRF300 LDMOS, it has about 30dB gain and excellent linearity.
The Board requires less than 10mw drive for 10w output with less than -45dBc IM3 products.
It has a wide voltage input range from 30-55v DC.
Either an MRF300AN or MHT1803A can be used.
Designed and manufactured in Australia.
