Returns Policy Overview

 

Please Note that all postage costs associated with customer returns are payable by customer (both ways – to us and from us back to you). This includes warranty repairs / claims. 

All warranty claims should be accompanied with your original tax invoice. If you have misplaced your invoice please contact us to obtain a copy. 

If you do have an issue with your product please contact us prior to shipping your item to us as we could be able to diagnose the problem remotely and if that is not possible we would be more than happy to assist you with most economical delivery service in order to return your item to us for repairs or replacement. 

Please note that we can not guarantee damages to sensiticve electronics components that were caused by incorrect operating procedure by customer.
